Role:  1st / 2nd Line IT Support Engineer
 
Skills: - Customer facing experience, 1st or 2nd line experience, Windows 10, Active Directory and O365 user account management, TCP IP protocols, Printer management and laptop builds or VOIP knowledge.

We have a long-standing relationship with a great company based in Rayleigh, Essex who are now looking to expand their team further by adding a 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to their ranks. This position is on a permanent basis.

£26,000 – 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Engineer – (Rayleigh, Essex)

Based on your level of experience salaries are ranging up to £26,000 per annum

You will need to be within commutable distance to Rayleigh and expect to be on site 5 days a weekm this is because you will be the only IT presence on site, the wider IT Team are based at another location so the users will need you to be present and visible.
 
Preferably we are looking for someone who has previous experience working within the Education Sector. But this isn’t essential.
 
Skills Needed:
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Customer facing experience
  • 1st or 2nd line experience ideally within the HE sector, but not essential
  • Windows 10
  • Active Directory and O365 user account management
  • TCP IP protocols
  • Printer management and laptop builds or VOIP knowledge
