My Client based in the Northampton area urgently require a 1st Line Support Engineer to join their team on a 3-month contract
The successful 1st Line Support Engineer will possess the following:
- Active Directory
- Group Policy
- Office 365
- Windows 10
- Answering the phone and login tickets onto help-desk system
- Responding to staff within the organisation, helping out with any technical queries they have
- Information discovery for other issues (Location, Contact details and error messages)
- Basic hardware faults triage & maintenance
