Job Title: 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst
Salary: up to £25,000
Location: Nottingham
Job Type: Permanent
Premier are currently engaged with a well-established client in the Nottingham area, looking for an 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst to join their IT team due to a great year meaning growth within the team.
The successful 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst will be taking calls and dealing with raised tickets whilst looking to resolve things first time, following our Incident Management process and getting involved in Problem Management too.
1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst -
  • Windows 10 / MS Office 
  • Server issues, printer set ups, software deployment
  • Provide remote support to sites up and down the country
  • Previous experience with ticketing systems
