They have a large client base in the south of the UK. Due to company growth, they are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer with experience in Windows 10, Windows Server 2008-2012, Office 365, Hyper V, VMWare, Network, Troubleshooting.
This opportunity would be ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced atmosphere, who wants to develop and grow within an organisation who likes to progress their employees.
The successful candidate would receive a salary up to £33,000 plus benefits.
Ideally you will have previous experience in:
- Windows 10
- Windows Server 2008-2019
- Office 365
- VMWare, Hyper V
- Network trouble shooting
- Ability to keep up with KPIs & SLAs
- A confident communicator, both verbal & written
It would be desirable if you have come from a managed services background.
This would be an on-site first position (COVID dependant) so you are able to learn the business & structure, then would be a hybrid approach.
For this position, you must be commutable to Crawley.
