3rd Line Support Engineer

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

Location: High Wycombe   

Office based 5 days a week

 

About the Role

A client of ours are looking to grow within the IT Support team, we are looking for a 3rd Line Support Engineer who has experience working with Windows Servers, Office365 and Networks in an ITIL environment.

The company are small to medium sized and are looking to grow due to an increasing client base. Based in High Wycombe and this position is office based 5 days a week with occasional travel to client sites, so you will need to have a Full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle.  

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Windows server 2019 onwards
  • Hardware setups with HPE and DELL PowerEdge
  • Network Storage Solutions – SAN/NAS
  • Routers, Switches, Firewalls, VLANs
  • Installing and configuring backup solutions (Veeam) 
  • Office365 administration (Intune)
  • ITIL certified or experience of working in an ITIL environment
  • Microsoft or Cisco certifications are desirable but not essential
