Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our team in London. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring their needs are met, and fostering successful long-term relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Creative - Delivery, Creative - Design and Strategy, and Creative - Product and Marketing. You will be expected to provide strategic leadership and guidance, effectively communicating with clients and internal teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact for key accounts.
  • Develop and implement effective account plans and strategies to drive growth and achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects, maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform account strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our capabilities and offerings.
  • Manage financial aspects of accounts, including budgeting and forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as an Account Director or similar role in the creative industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Creative - Delivery, Creative - Design and Strategy, and Creative - Product and Marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple client accounts and achieving targets.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in industry-standard software and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
