Administration Assistant – Contract – 5 + Months
Location – Milton Keynes
Rates - £12ph - £14ph
 
Key responsibilities for the Administration Assistant
  • Provides administrative support to a department or individual
  • Typing, Filing, Answering Phones
  • Calendaring, Record Keeping, Coordinating Meetings and Conferences, Obtaining Supplies and/or Sorting/Distributing Mail
  • Working on special projects
  • Compiling, Retrieving, Reporting and Analysing Information
 
The ideal Administration Assistant will have the following requirements
  • Highly skilled and knowledgeable in administration
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong communication & organisational skills
  • Able to work with minimal direction
  • Able to multitask & prioritise
