ROLE – Business Development Executive  

SALARY - £23,500- £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

TYPE - Permanent

LOCATION – Northwest London

My client provides bespoke technology and structural engineering solutions for manufacture. They are looking for a Business Development Executive to join their team in the Northwest London area on a permanent basis.

The Business Development Executive will ideally have the following attributes:
  • Be an experienced in Sales / Marketing / Business Development within a similar manufacturing/installation/infrastructure industry
  • OR be a recent Graduate in Marketing, Design or Engineering, with an interest in a Sales career in an innovative sector
  • Be computer literate; proficient with using Microsoft Office
  • Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • The ability to understand architectural and engineering drawings would be beneficial but not essential
  • Have strong relationship building skills
  • Be able to manage your time, organise your own workload and work to tight deadlines
  • Have a positive, proactive and attitude towards work
  • Be flexible to travel occasionally as required

The Business Development Executive role will involve:

  • Working within the Sales and Marketing department
  • Researching, identifying and establishing new sales opportunities
  • To support the company’s development and expansion as demand continues to increase
  • Managing incoming sales enquiries
  • Liaising with customers to analyse requirements and provide technical support
  • Working with Production and Installation departments to monitor progress
  • Producing quotations and proposals
  • Maintaining documentation
  • Helping to develop the company’s product profile
  • Supporting the whole business strategy
  • Always providing excellent customer service
