Role: Commercial Administrator
Location: Swindon
Starting Salary: £24,000 - £26,000

Premier Group are looking to bring in a Commercial Administrator to work with an industry leading Italian manufacturer, within the Sales Department. This role provides mass progression with the company, starting with Administrator duties and progressing to management for the right candidate.

Skills & Experience:

  • The ability to communicate English (essential) and Italian (desired)
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Experience using Sage
  • Budget control and cost VS sales analysis
  • Sound numeracy and administrative skills
  • Organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
The Role:
  • Identifying client needs and opportunities to resolve issues
  • Assisting with and conducting contract negotiations and proposals
  • Checking client invoices against order numbers to ensure they are correct
  • Working alongside the buying, marketing, and support teams across all sites
  • Assisting the operations officer when required
  • Ensuring sales and purchase orders are created in a timely manner for clients
