I am currently representing a growing organisation who are currently creating products aimed towards the healthcare industry on a remote basis. (Once per quarter there will be travel to their Midlands HQ so candidates must be UK based)
 
Working on their platform they are looking for a Development Team Lead to support and enhance their bespoke platform. Leading a small team of experienced Developers and reporting to the Development Manager, you will require strong communication and leadership skills including an ability to engage with business teams.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Lead a software development team.
  • Contribute thoughts & ideas in a daily stand up.
  • Build API methods.
  • Be responsible for shaping the product as it grows.
