Director of Software Engineering

Nottingham / Remote

£75,000 - £85,000 + benefits.

I am currently working with a global software organisation based in Central Nottingham who are looking for a Director of Software Engineering to join their team. The business has offices scattered across the UK & Europe & due to ongoing projects & looking for a seasoned director to oversee the development function.

The business is currently an industry leader & are looking to build a world-class solution which is focused on AI. This role will be to develop their products automation framework. Ideally, you’ll come from a software development background, however this role is hands-off & very much looking for someone who is experienced in growing and leading teams.

  • Establishing and improving development processes.
  • Coaching & building the software development function.
  • Responsible for the process of delivering software and related investments.
What you’ll need:
  • A passion for software development.
  • Experience in a leadership role.
  • Ideally experience with C#.
This role is based in Nottinghamshire; however, they offer a very flexible home-working policy so if you’re based further afield but willing to commute 1x per week, please do still apply.
