My client, an innovative graphic design and branding agency, based in the heart of Liverpool but are offering remote working, have an exciting opportunity for a strong Mid-Level to Senior Full Stack PHP Developer to join their small and friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Full Stack PHP Developer looking to take ownership of a variety of projects providing digital solutions for large scale start up businesses, developing new systems as well as maintaining existing platforms. The successful Full Stack PHP Developer should have excellent communications skills and be a creative thinker in order to liaise directly with key stakeholders, as well as working closely alongside the graphic design team.

Key Skills:

  • 2+ years of commercial experience
  • Excellent understanding of PHP, OOP including MVC techniques
  • HTML/CSS, including LESS/SASS
  • JavaScript, including jQuery/ ES5/ ES6
  • UX/UI principles
  • Understanding of crossbrowser compatibility and workarounds
  • Version controls, Git/ Bitbucket
  • Responsive web development

Bonus Skills:

  • Laravel or similar MVC techniques
  • Vue.JS or similar
  • SEO principles
  • Liquid markup and Shopify infrastructure
  • Serverside languages
  • TDD
  • PSR4/ PSR-12
