- Move existing contact center apps over to a newly designed contact center IVR app that is designed, developed by Cloud Developer.
- Experience in routing/IVR.
- Develop new features in IVR/Routing Work with Product Owners, business analyst and technical leads
- Maintains and develops tests/debug programs, and maintains/supports deployed interfaces
- Implementation of API / Web Service integrations to back-end systems (Rest, Soap, JSON, NO SQL database)
- Customer relationship retention to determine business requirements and leads requirements gathering meetings.
- Performs technical design reviews and code reviews.
- May lead multiple or small to medium sized projects.
- Identifies and propose strategies around technical problems affecting team, communicates standards and gets buy-in on solutions.
- Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, Computer Science or related field of study
- 5 years related experience; multi-dimensional platform experience;
- Expert level experience with business and technical applications,
- At least 5 years of experience in Genesys
- AWS experience a plus
- Mid to Senior Level Salary
