The Head of Technical Delivery will work closely with the Technical Director in creating and delivering the annual technical strategy as well as ensure adherence to all security measures.
The Head of Technical Delivery will also work together with the Help Desk Manager on ensuring the day-to-day delivery meets the company SLA and technical expectations as well as being accountable for the productivity of individual Help Desk staff members ensuring all set activity and technical measurements are achieved.
- Previous Senior Technical Experience
- Previous management experience
- Experience in leading a service desk or environment
- CompTIA Network+, Security+, Server+ or other Certification
- Cisco CCT, CCNA or Higher Certification
- ITIL 4 Foundation, Managing Professional, Strategic Leader or Master Level Certification
- Microsoft Fundamentals, Associate or Expert Level Certification
- Level 3 IT Infrastructure Technician or higher or equivalent IT qualifications
- The ability to inspire, lead and motivate a team
