Responsibilities of a Helpdesk Analyst
- 1st Line Support
- Log Tickets received
- Escalate tickets to Service Desk
- Investigate Technical issues with PC’s, Laptops, phones.
- Windows Server Admin
- Understanding of IP Networking
- Understanding of Routing
- DHCP, DNS
- Excellent communication skills
- Great Customer Service
