LOCATION- Near Aylesbury
TERM- Permanent (Full-time)
SALARY- £22,000- £24,000 per annum dependent on experience
My client is looking to take on a HR Assistant in a new position to support the current HR department near the Aylesbury area.
The HR Assistant will ideally have the following attributes:
- Previous experience working for a similar small to medium company
- Previous HR Admin or HR Assistant experience from working in a similar role is required
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Having a positive and proactive attitude to work
- Be organised and efficient to balance workload as required
- Have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Be keen to develop and progress as part of a company long term
- Proficiency with using computers and also Microsoft Office
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential
- Providing operational and administrative support within the HR department
- Being responsible for a variety of tasks
- Assisting with recruitment and new starter processes
- Ensuring compliance
- Assisting with maintaining employee records
- Keeping the HR database accurate – sickness, attendance etc.
- Preparing HR documents
- Processing any annual leave requests
- Assisting the payroll department by providing employee information
