ROLE – IT Service Desk Analyst
LOCATION – Winchester
SALARY – Competitive (DOE)
My client are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. Joining a team of 7 in the Service Desk team, the Service Desk Analyst will be supporting internal users, partners and clients with hardware and software related issues, monitoring & managing call queues, providing desk side support as well as carrying out laptop builds for new users.
The Service Desk Analyst will ideally have the following experience:
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Experience with Windows 10, Microsoft 2016 and Office 365
- Active Directory administration (including GPO)
- Laptop/PC builds and upgrades
- Remote service tools
- Azure active directory
- Experience in a similar IT Service Desk Analyst position
