LOCATION- Uxbridge
TERM- Permanent
SALARY- £22,000 - £26,000 per annum dependent on experience
My client works within the engineering and manufacturing sector and they are for an Office Administrator to and join their business on a permanent basis in the Uxbridge area.
The Office Administrator will ideally have the following attributes:
- Excellent administrative skills
- High level of accuracy when working with documentation
- Previous experience working in another Admin / Office Support / HR role would be ideal
- Have worked in a similar office environment previously
- Be computer literate to work with MS Office
- Having a positive attitude to work
- Be organised and efficient to balance workload as required
- Have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Any marketing or finance experience would be desirable
- CIPD qualification would also be desirable / or a Degree in Business Studies or Administration
- Working in a varied Office Admin role
- Being involved in engineering administration, sales and marketing support, HR and finance support and general administration too
- Help to ensure the daily smooth running of the office
- Have the ability to progress with the company long term
- Liaising with the managed facilities team
- Keeping HR files up to date
- Having some involvement in recruitment support
- Have involvement in marketing activities too
