JOB – Operations Manager

LOCATION – Nailsea

The Operations Manager role will involve:

  • Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed and developing existing employees.
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of the manufacturing process.
  • Measure and analyze performance in assigned departments on a regular basis against KPI’s
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and overall operational performance.
  • Develop and optimize operational strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Oversee all operational departments of the business & encourage communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and implement best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry and company guidelines.
  • Establish company policies and legal guidelines as needed and comply with legislation and requirements.
  • Maintain a safe and productive working environment for all employees.
  • To collaborate with managers, staff, and vendors to meet the role objectives above.
