This role will be predominantly on-site, expected in office the majority of the week.
Role responsibilities
- Providing IT Support on their applications to their customers
- Work towards SLAs and ensuring correct priority to given to each ticket/request
- Reporting on team performance against KPI’s and any SLA’s
- Incident reporting and updating of processes
They are looking for previous experience in:
- Citrix, Active Directory & Office 365
- SLA monitoring and management
- Experience in mentoring junior members of the team
- Reporting and documentation
- Exposure to ITIL4 processes
