ROLE- Project Administrator

LOCATION- Winchester, Hampshire

TERM- Permanent

SALARY- £25,000 - £32,000 per annum dependent on experience

My client works within the Engineering sector, and they are looking to take on a Project Administrator / Administration Support, on a permanent basis, in the High Wycombe area.

The Project Administrator will ideally have the following attributes:

  • 2 years’ or more experience working in a similar Administration Support role
  • Any experience working with another Engineering company would be desirable but not essential
  • Good level of technical understanding
  • Confident to interface at all levels of client organisation
  • Previous experience working with MS Project would be beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficient with using MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • The ability to work well alone or as part of a team
  • Working in the office full-time

The Project Administrator role will involve:

  • Providing clerical / administration support for the Engineering projects team
  • Working with the project and engineering team
  • Providing general office management support when needed too
  • Being involved in varied project, procurement and finance activities
  • Supporting project planning with proposal generation to project support
  • Generating project invoices
  • Directing phone enquiries to the right team in the business
  • Generating QA packs
  • Assisting the Admin Manager with travel bookings too
