The successful applicant will be an energetic and collaborative Project Manager with customer-facing solid skills to lead and manage implementations for their platform. There will be a collaboration with implementation consultants and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
About the Job:
- Oversee all assigned engagements, including alignment with customer and delivery teams, planning and execution of projects, conducting regular touchpoints, and coordination of account-related activities as needed
- Act as the project manager to manage and track progress against project timelines
- Schedule and facilitate regular touch bases with the delivery team to track progress
- Facilitate weekly meetings with customers to review progress and proactively identify and resolve risks and roadblocks
- Report on scope and budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to plan activities and resolve issues
- Review and approve weekly time submissions and monthly invoices
- Drive customer experience through excellent communication and relationship building with customer stakeholders and internal delivery, sales, and leadership teams
About You:
- At least 3 years of experience as a customer-facing Project Manager or similar in the software/IT space
- Ability to interact with clients at both a business and technical level
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage assignments
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present to internal and customer stakeholders
Preferred:
- Familiarity with quality processes and compliance regulations
- Ability to develop processes, templates, and standards around engagement management best practices
- Extensive knowledge of project management disciplines, methodologies, and tools
- PMP strongly preferred
