Company overview & Job Title:
An exceptional global Automotive specialist organisation based in Coventry who specialise in multiple fields that include Artificial Intelligence, embedded systems, ADAS, autonomous driving, smart and connected mobility are now in search to recruit for a new Project Manager to join the organisation on a permanent basis.
Work arrangement:
The company working environment is flexible 3 days in the office and 2 days at home available. Working 5 days a week onsite in the office is completely fine. Flexible start and finish times is available to suit the need of the Project Manager and all employees.
Salary on offer:
The salary on offer for the successful Project Manager is £30,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on skillset and experience.
Summary of the Project Manager role:
This is an excellent opportunity for the Project Manager as you will have the chance to take lead of the organisations growing portfolio of projects across a wide range of technologies, including electrification and hydrogen fuel cell.
Project Manager Key Skills:
  • University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in engine and powertrain development or testing
  • Understanding of business management 
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with customers
  • Prepared to travel within UK to meet with project team/customer
  • Project management experience
  • MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Project)
  • Team leadership qualities
  • Experience in managing electrified powertrain or fuel cell projects – Bonus
  • Knowledge of systems and processes of major OEM – Bonus
 Benefits Package:
  • 22 days holiday per year, increasing by 1 day per year up to a maximum of 28 days
