My client works within the Engineering sector, and they are looking to take on a Technical Clerk, on a permanent basis, in the Winchester area.
The Technical Clerk / Engineering Administrator will ideally have the following attributes:
- Previous experience in a similar Project Admin / Technical Clerk / Purchasing role
- Experience working with PO's, invoices, cashflow, profit & loss etc.
- Ideally have experience being involved with projects and document control – any experience working with another Engineering, Power, Water or Energy company would be desirable
- Good level of technical understanding
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficient with using MS Office
- Excellent organisational skills
- The ability to work well alone or as part of a team
- Working with the Project Managers and Sales Manager and other staff in the team
- Being involved in project support
- Working with purchase orders and invoices
- Doing profit & loss reports
- Looking after different purchasing functions
- Compiling standard documents
