QA Automation Engineer

Up to £55,000 + Bonus | Basingstoke

Are you seeking your next opportunity in QA Automation? We are seeking a technically minded Tester who would love to take on the challenge of building automated test frameworks and taking ownership of end-to-end testing within a Software House.
In this role you will work in a currently with the Software Engineer team to build a test framework from the ground up (consider this a greenfield role) which will be used to test cross platform applications used in the scientific research industry.

You should have strong automation experience with scripting experience (ideally Python) and competent at testing across desktop/web/APIS
The company is based in Basingstoke (easy access to M3 and train station).
  • Develop Automated Test Frameworks
  • Design Testing Scenarios
  • Perform end-to-end testing.
Technology and Skills.
  • Automated & Manual Test Experience
  • Python/Bash Scripting (C++ and C# would be beneficial).
  • Linux
  • Ability to work solo as a QA Tester.
  • 25 days holiday (not including bank holidays)
  • Annual Bonus (Variable %)
  • 5% Pension
