Job - R&D Manager
Location - Hampshire
Term - Permanent
Salary - £60,000 - £65,000
 
The R&D Manager will ideally have the following attributes:
  • 4 years R&D experience is desired
  • Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Have an understanding on the physics behind Mechanical Engineering
  • FEA analysis knowledge
  • Previously worked within a highly regulated industry
  • Creative flair
The R&D Project Manager role will involve:
  • Managing a team
  • Working on the company’s current product range & the design of new products
  • Being involved in new product developments
  • Taking projects from concept to launch
  • Helping to develop existing projects
  • Liaising with customers as required, keeping them up-to-date with project progress
  • Producing technical drawings as needed
