ROLE- Receptionist / Administrator
LOCATION- Stevenage
TERM- Permanent
SALARY- £18,000 to £22,000
My client works within the engineering sector and they are looking to take on a Receptionist / Administrator, on a permanent basis, in Hertford.
The Receptionist / Administrator will ideally have the following attributes:
  • Previous experience of working in a similar Administration / Receptionist role carrying out similar responsibilities
  • Any experience of working in an engineering / manufacturing environment would also be beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Be punctual and also reliable
  • Have a flexible approach to work as required
The Receptionist / Administrator role will involve:
  • Being the first point of contact for the Company
  • Taking incoming calls and greeting visitors onsite
  • Providing administrative support to other colleagues as required
  • Carrying out reception and switchboard duties
  • Maintaining the meeting room booking system
  • Inputting data into the production management system and providing reports as required
  • Raising and tracking Purchase Orders
  • Playing a part in certain duties relating to site Health & Safety
