Job Title: Senior Account Manager

Industry: A World-Famous Technology Company

Day Rate: £200-£250pd

Location: London, England

Contract Type: 2 Months (Highly Likely To Be Extended)

The Role:

Premier Group are excited to be working on behalf of an extremely exciting renowned global technology company. We are searching for a talented Senior Account Manager to come on board for a 2 month contract with no two days being the same and starting ASAP. You will be collaborating closely with an elite team and bettering client and stakeholder relations.

Your responsibilities:

  • Daily contact for agency and client stakeholders and international departments
  • Managing TV production/adaptation and localisation campaigns for Food/Beverage client
  • Using platforms such as Maconomy, FIDO and WordBee
  • Coordinate between project/transcreation management, clients and agencies
  • Collaborate with Account Directors
  • Support the Account Director in supplying client management information and reporting
  • Strive to better client and stakeholder relations
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders – print, transcreation & broadcast
  • Handle all aspects of client campaigns
  • Fully understand the international brand
  • Identify and escalate quality control issues
  • Distribute contact reports and agendas
  • Manage budgets
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates
  • Assist with financial reporting

You will have:

  • Experience of working in a TV, print or digital production role is essential
  • Experience with platforms like Maconomy, FIDO and Wordbee
  • Strong IT skills and experience using spreadsheets
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Excellent time management skills, prioritization and attention to detail
  • Resilient and able to work under pressure
  • Strong oral and written English
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, detail oriented and customer focused
  • Exceptional communicator with a clear understanding of international brand challenges
  • Experience managing and servicing international accounts in 5+ markets with multiple stakeholders is desirable
