Senior Sales Manager

We're looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join a Catering Equipment supply Based in Stevange (Travelling to London to meet clients required)
Salary: £35k - 50k + Uncapped Commission
65k + Uncapped Commission if you have experience in managing a team, industry experience as well as drive sales
Location: Stevenage & Travel to London (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer relations and engagement with new and existing customers
  • Developing accounts, using our CRM data to assist in driving sales
  • Sales of individual equipment, full project and maintenance / PPM contracts across all three companies in the group.
  • Project values from £20k – 500k
  • Management of a team, driving sales and ensuring KPI’s are met
  • Targeting personal annual sales of £800k -1.5m
Your Experience
  • Great communication skills
  • Experience in the industry
  • Abilty to work under pressure and multitask
  • Good data analysis, planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Conflict management, business negotiation and essential business applications.
Further beneficial skills :
  • Experience with statistical analysis and data processing
  • Experience in full project delivery of large kitchens
  • Experience and good product knowledge on heavy equipment
