A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Service Desk Engineer to join a leading organisation.
The successful candidate will have proven experience working in a high-level role with high level technical hands on experience.
Responsibilities: Senior Service Desk Engineer
- Analyse, understand and resolve escalated technical issues
- Suggest improvements to our customers’ solutions to ensure the best possible system design to achieve their business goals
- Make detailed notes to ensure incidents can be used to train others and our internal knowledgebases are maintained
- Support our technical engineers to identify root causes and implement solutions
- Maintain and develop your IT skills to stay ahead of the game
- High level of technical experience gained in a hands-on role
- Knowledge of servers and storage, virtualized environments and Cloud technologies
- Exceptional communication skills
