We have a long-standing relationship with a great company based in Hertfordshire who are cross-platform creative tech agency working with an impressive range of clients spanning leisure, retail and hospitality.

They are now looking to expand their team further by adding a to their ranks a Service Delivery Manager who preferably has a track record of customer journey improvement and having the clients experience at the highest priority. This position is on a permanent basis.

£45,000 – Service Delivery Manager – (Hybrid, Part Remote – Hertford)  

This role has the flexibility to be part remote, however occasional office visits may be required so you will need to be able to travel into the Office in Hertford.

Given the nature of this role visit to client sites will also be needed, the client base is mostly in the London area.

Based on your level of experience salaries are ranging up to £45,000 per annum

This position will have daily immersion in the helpdesk world, maybe for up to 40% to 50% of the time, to keep track of response times, providing hands-on advice, dealing with any escalations.  And the rest of the time away from the day to day of the desk, preparing training and working with Account Managers on any issues.

  • Ability to work closely with the helpdesk to improve standards of service.

  • Slick presentation skills. Used to putting together great visual and verbal presentations.
  • Proven organizational skills
