Job Title: Service Desk Analyst

Industry: Charity (Inside IR35 - Will have to go through an Umbrella company)

The Role:

  • Provide 1st support on Windows
  • Ticketing
  • Hardware and software fault diagnosis
  • Support any hardware devices available as IT standard product
Skills:

  • Experience working as a Service Desk Engineer
  • Active Directory
  • SCCM
  • Exchange
  • Windows 7/10
  • Office 365
  • ITIL Foundation Certified
  • Experience providing customer focused end user support
