 Service Desk Analyst
Location: Birmingham
Contract: 6 Months
Rate: £150 per day
IR35 Status: Outside

A client who operates within the healthcare industry requires a service desk analyst to join the team immediately on a 6-month contract.

The successful Service Desk Analyst will have experience with the following
  • Active Directory
  • Group Policy
  • Bit-locker
  • Windows Server
  • Office 365
  • Understanding of ITIL
Service Desk Analyst Specification:
  • 5+ years’ experience working in a fast-paced service desk environment
  • Take incoming calls and resolving tickets in a timely manner
  • Understanding of ITIL practices
  • Good phone manner
