Job Title: Service Desk Analyst

Industry: Consultancy 

Start date: ASAP

Contract Length: 3 months rolling

Day rate: £80 - 130 per day

Location: London


Candidate must have:

  • Experience working as a Service Desk Engineer
  • Active Directory
  • SCCM
  • Exchange
  • Windows 7/10
  • Office 365
  • ITIL Foundation Certified
  • Experience providing customer focused end user support

The Role:

  • Provide 1st/2nd level support on Windows platforms
  • Hardware and software fault diagnosis
  • Support any hardware devices available as IT standard product
