Rate - £250-£300pd

My client in Berkshire has a requirement for an experienced Service Desk Manager to come on board and help manage and support the existing team for an initial 4 month Contract.
- Strong ITIL background
- Working to and setting KPI’s and SLA’s
- Experience working in a high-pressure environment
- Management of 5+ staff
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Ability to still be hands on solving escalated tickets
