Role: Technical Client Service Analyst

I have a client based in Hove who are looking for a Technical Client Service Analyst who has experience with Application Installs and upgrades, SQL Server or Oracle, Supporting Clients, Client Account Management and Support, Strong negotiation skills, Stakeholder management on a Permanent basis.

Our Client is offering the successful Technical Client Service Analyst a salary up to £30,000 based on experience.

Skills and Experience Required

 

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Experience with system software and applications.
  • Application Installs and upgrades
  • Good working knowledge of SQL Server or Oracle.
  • Supporting Client application requests
Ideally you will have: -

  • Background in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or Business-related field
  • Strong negotiation and consensus building skills when dealing with clients, stakeholders and team members
  • Strong understanding of IT technology concepts, software architectures, MS products, development tools, process integration.
