I have a client based in Hove who are looking for a Technical Client Service Analyst who has experience with Application Installs and upgrades, SQL Server or Oracle, Supporting Clients, Client Account Management and Support, Strong negotiation skills, Stakeholder management on a Permanent basis.
Our Client is offering the successful Technical Client Service Analyst a salary up to £30,000 based on experience.
Skills and Experience Required
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Experience with system software and applications.
- Application Installs and upgrades
- Good working knowledge of SQL Server or Oracle.
- Supporting Client application requests
- Background in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or Business-related field
- Strong negotiation and consensus building skills when dealing with clients, stakeholders and team members
- Strong understanding of IT technology concepts, software architectures, MS products, development tools, process integration.
