Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. 3-5 years experience in managing technical teams in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically. Strong knowledge of technical operations, systems, and processes. Outstanding leadership and communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Previous experience in a similar industry is preferred.
