We are looking for a talented and versatile Mid-Weight Creative Artworker to join our dynamic creative team within the spirits industry at our new London office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the visual identity and creative execution of our brand across various marketing channels and touchpoints.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute visual assets that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives, including packaging designs, marketing collateral, digital assets, and point-of-sale materials.
- Translate design concepts and creative briefs into polished and print-ready artwork, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
- Work closely with designers and other stakeholders to refine and finalise creative assets, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and deadlines to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare files for production and liaise with external suppliers and printers to ensure seamless execution of print and packaging projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and production, and share insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain organised files and documentation, including version control and asset management, to facilitate efficient workflow and collaboration within the team.
A BIT ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience as a Creative Artworker or Production Artist, preferably within the spirits industry or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

FMCG EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
- A solid understanding of prepress and print production processes is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to artwork preparation, focusing on accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward challenges and opportunities.
