We train you for skill, nurture you to grow and achieve your goals… THE ROLE As a Marketing Account Manager in our dynamic marketing department, you will be at the helm of managing relationships with internal clients while coordinating efforts with our in-house creative team and external agencies. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our marketing initiatives across various revenue streams—leisure, corporate, and membership—are executed seamlessly, on-brand, and in alignment with our overall business objectives. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead the planning, execution, and management of marketing communications (marcomms) campaigns and individual projects. Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, maintaining brand consistency across all marketing efforts. - Provide proactive leadership to both internal and external teams, fostering an inclusive and supporting environment. - Ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with the brand's identity and objectives. This involves overseeing the budget, managing marketing spend, and ensuring that campaigns stay within the agreed financial parameters. - Develop a deep understanding of the customer base to improve targeting, enhance brand engagement, and drive revenue growth. - Help develop and pitch new and innovative ideas across different business areas. YOUR EXPERTISE: Essentials - Proven track record in account management - Strong project management skills - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills - Knowledge and experience of digital marketing, PR, and communication.
