YOUR FOCUS WILL BE…

SPACE PLANNING & DESIGN:
Contribute to the design process for our existing clients, focusing on workplace consultancy, space planning and delivering project designs to the highest standards. You will translate existing client needs into effective and creative design solutions.

CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:
Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the design process without involving pitching. Provide expert advice and manage expectations to ensure project success.

PROJECT COLLABORATION:
Work closely with commercial managers and estimator. Thinking outside of the box to ensure that designs are feasible, within budget, and delivered on time.

REVIT EXPERTISE:
Utilise Revit for all design and documentation work, ensuring all projects meet industry standards and client requirements.

SITE VISITS & COORDINATION:
Attend regular site visits to monitor the progress of projects, address any on-site issues, and ensure that the design is being implemented as planned.

REPORTING:
You will report into our Creative Manager and Senior Technical Designer who will provide resourcing and guidance where required
YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE…

EXPERIENCE:
Proven experience in commercial office fitouts, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your work. A background in space planning is essential.

REVIT PROFICIENCY:
Advanced skills in Revit are mandatory, with the ability to produce detailed and accurate design documentation.

CLIENT MANAGEMENT:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of managing client relationships effectively.

ORGANISATIONAL SKILLS:
Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

COMMERCIAL ACUMEN:
Good understanding of commercial design codes, regulations, and industry standards.
