Contractor Care

We onboard, manage and payroll any direct contractors you, as a client, have onsite.

On-boarding
Once onsite, we send the candidate a welcome pack and set up an on-boarding call to run through the timesheet and approval process to ensure complete clarity. A fortnightly call is then arranged to check in with the contractors to assess progress and project satisfaction but to also engage with candidate on the referral scheme available. This referral scheme is implemented to encourage recommendations of new contractors but also on any new businessleads or new projects where they are based. There is a dedicated contract care team to manage this entire process and reporting is also issued to manage extensions, skills pipelining and invoicing.
