As we continue to expand and grow, we are looking for a talented and experienced Electrical/Front End Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the electrical and front-end projects, ensuring they are completed safely, within budget, and on schedule.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures.
- Inspect work completed by team members and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety guidelines.
- Schedule and assign work to team members, provide guidance, and promote a positive working environment.
- Troubleshoot and address any issues or challenges that arise during projects.
- Maintain accurate project records, including progress reports, material orders, and labor hours.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in electrical and front-end services.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Electrical/Front End Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and codes.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant software applications and computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Valid electrical license/certification.
