Job Title: Junior Design EngineerLocation: PeterboroughSalary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum We are seeking a Junior Design Engineer to join a growing engineering company based in Peterborough. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their design skills and gain hands-on industry experience. Key Responsibilities: Produce 2D and 3D CAD models and drawings using SolidWorks Support senior engineers with design and development projects Create and update Bills of Materials (BoMs) and technical documentation Work with production teams to ensure designs are accurate and practical Contribute to new product development and continuous improvement activities Requirements: Proficiency in SolidWorks (essential) Degree, HND, or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline Full UK driving licence (essential) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork abilities If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply or contact Charlotte White at cwhite@pg-rec.com for more details.
