Job Title: Junior Mechanical EngineerLocation: SheffieldSalary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum We are currently seeking a Junior Mechanical Engineer to join a growing engineering team in Sheffield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career and gain hands-on experience within a supportive and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the design, development, and testing of mechanical components and assemblies Produce 2D and 3D CAD models and engineering drawings Support senior engineers across ongoing projects and new product development Liaise with production teams to ensure designs are practical and manufacturable Contribute to documentation, reports, and Bills of Materials (BoMs) Requirements: Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related field CAD experience (SolidWorks or similar preferred) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Enthusiastic and willing to learn within an engineering environment If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply or contact Charlotte White at cwhite@pg-rec.com for further details.
