ROLE – Mechanical Technician   LOCATION - Berkshire TERM - Permanent SALARY- £30,000-£38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)My client designs and manufactures products and systems within the Renewable Energy sector. They are looking for a Mechanical/Field Technician to join their team in Berkshire on a permanent basis.The Mechanical Technician will ideally have the following attributes: Excellent hands-on engineering skills Have a Mechanical background and a relevant qualification Experienced with routine servicing, maintenance, testing and assembly of mechanical systems and electromechanical equipment Able to read engineering drawings and BOMs Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Team player Be flexible to travel 1 or 2 days a week, or as required Holds a full UK Driving Licence   The Mechanical Technician role will involve: Assembly, testing, maintenance and servicing of mechanical systems and electromechanical equipment Some travel to customer sites to deliver and service equipment and machinery Routine maintenance and repair on a variety of components and equipment Working to procedures and instructions Testing and fault-finding Repair and calibration Working both independently and in a team Communicating with different departments to resolve technical issues   If you are interested in this position, please apply with an up to date CV as soon as possible.   For more information about this role please apply, or email Sarah Lody on slody@pg-rec.com who will be able to provide more details on the opportunity.Many thanks, Premier Group
