Job: Service Engineer
Location: Essex
Term: Permanent
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (plus benefits & overtime)
Our client is based in Epping and are looking for a Service Engineer on a Permanent basis.
The Service Engineer role will involve:
- Maintaining and servicing equipment
- Installation of new equipment when required
- Escalating issues where needed
- Seeking ways to continually improve operations
The Service Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:
- NVQ/ BTEC/ HNC Level 3 or similar in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Experience of working on mechanical and electrical systems
- Safe, component knowledge of plant equipment and a good understanding of Health & Safety regulations
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Full UK driving licence
