Second Line Support Engineer

 

Salary: £30,000 - £36,000

Location: Bristol

Hybrid working, three days in the office, two days working from home.

 

 

About the Role

Our client is a managed service provider growing at a healthy pace and looking to hire another Second Line Support Engineer. We are looking for someone with Microsoft Windows tech stack experience.

 

The company are small to medium sized and are looking to grow due to an increasing client base. Based in Bristol, and this position is hybrid working, although the role will be on site 5 days a week for the first 3 months to help you get up to speed.

 

 

Skills Required

  • Experience working in a 2nd Line support position
  • Windows Server
  • Office 365, Azure AD and SharePoint
  • Hyper – V, VMware
  • Veeam Backup
  • Routers, switches and firewalls
  • Previous experience working for a managed service provider is desirable but not essential
