A good client of mine is looking for an IT Support Engineer, with 3rd line support experience at an MSP.
This is a 12-month contract, with the chance to be extended. Rates are up to £375p/d depending on experience, the work will be hybrid with the site being in London for 2 days a week.

Client is based in central London, and needs an IT Support Engineer to come in urgently to assist with the IT Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a friendly face to the business and bridge the gap with our internal 2nd and 3rd line support team on the occasions where they need to be involved support issues.
- Be on site 2 days a week.
- Diagnose and resolve second & third IT incidents and requests to agreed Service Levels Agreements (SLAs)
- Help support projects to deliver new or changed services across the organisation
- Build and configure laptops, desktops and tablets.
Essential Skills:
- Previous experience working with an MSP as an IT Support Engineer.
- Proficient in working with MacOS, Linux and Windows.
- Good understanding of virtualization tools such as HyperV.
- Experience with SQL.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Desirable skills:
- Technology qualifications - such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or Related Field.
