Our yearly celebration of the Hall of Fame is an exclusive club honouring the achievements of individuals at Premier.
This year our club members enjoyed a fine dining meal at the Marle in Heckfield Place. Using a pared-back style of cooking, marle strives to allow diners to experience the excitement and immediacy of food served straight from the Earth. Having chosen the Michelin star a la carte menu, our guests had options from monkfish with clam stew to farm lamb with kalettes - they were definitely treated!
