Meet Seb Sieroslawski, Seb was an integral part of our team within our Reading Office before taking the remarkable journey last year to start up our very first office down under.

After a year of moving out there, we have seen nothing but growth and success within this new market. Seb’s determination to embrace new challenges and cultivate a dynamic team environment will undoubtedly set the stage for our continued success in Australia. We sat down with Seb to get his side of the story for this massive relocation of Reading UK to Sydney, Australia...

 

The Beginning

“I came back from traveling and was unsure about my career in Engineering. I researched recruitment due to the potential earnings and uploaded my CV online. After a few calls from various agencies, I went through the process at Premier and was offered the position as an Associate Consultant working within the Engineering team in Reading. I relocated from Bristol and joined Premier! Premier was able to offer clear career progression, a great training programme, and the general office environment was positive and fun. It felt like the best place to start my career in recruitment and I wasn't wrong.   I have so many incredible memories whilst working in the Reading office, from hospitality at Formula F1 to countless incentives abroad.”

The Present

“Previously, I had been traveling in Australia on a working holiday visa and always wanted to move back there. I approached our Chairman and CEO regarding opening an office in Australia. They were both 100% supportive of the idea. We got the ball rolling, the gears in motion and Premier went down under!   Since opening the doors in February last year, the office has grown and we have consistently hit targets. The first Australian incentive was a trip to Fiji which was amazing.   Premier has made a mark on a completely new territory and we have huge ambitions to be a dominant force in the Sydney region.   Sydney has treated me well with 300 days of sunshine, close proximity to beaches, and an amazing quality of life. Everyone is so friendly here.”
